Rooming With My Best Friend - Decisions - Rec - Choose Your Own Story - 29
Rec
There
was just no way Corey could screw things up with Colt. If things turned bad
with Matt, and Kris sided with him, as he inevitably would, Corey would have to
turn to Colt for support, and he didn’t want their relationship to be strained
because they had fooled around.
Even
though his cock was throbbing and he wanted nothing more than to go into that
room, sink down to his knees and suck that hot, veiny cock into his mouth until
it exploded, he couldn’t bring himself to do it.
Not
getting his release through sex just made Corey feel on edge, adding to the
frustration and anxiety he was already feeling. He needed to work out now more
than ever. He needed to get everything out of him in a marathon session that
would leave him physically drained, but hopefully mentally liberated and ready
for whatever came next in his young life.
Managing
to pull himself away from the awesome sight, he ran across to his room and
quickly threw on some clothes he could work out in. As he was heading out of
the main door he heard Colt’s groans get even louder so he rushed out of the
door and ran down the stairs, jogging all the way to the Rec and trying to
forget about what he just may have missed out on.
Greeting
the guy on the front desk who he often worked with, Corey headed back and
started working on the machines, saying hi to the many people who recognised
him and even working with some of them as they did their reps and he did his.
This
work out was one of the longest and most intense of his life. Quite often he
would only work on one aspect every day, from his arms to his legs to his torso
to some cardio workouts, but he did everything at once, really wanting to feel
the burn in his muscles so he knew he had done a good job. He actually wanted
to feel the pain the next morning so he remembered why he had pushed himself so
hard.
It
wasn’t until he was almost two hours into his workout that he noticed Kris over
on the other side of the weight room staring at him. Corey waved and Kris
nodded his head, making his way over to Corey when he was finally alone.
“How
did things go with Matt?” Kris asked.
“You
mean you don’t know?” Corey replied, extremely surprised.
“No,”
Kris said. “I haven’t seen Matt since last night, and when I came to your room
this morning he was gone and you were asleep.”
“So
you haven’t heard from him at all?” Corey asked.
“No.
Should I have?” Kris asked, concerned.
“Well,
we broke up and Matt ran out of the room.”
“What?
Because of what happened with me and him?” Kris asked.
“In
part, yes, but I think it’s been coming for a long time.”
“Are
you sure? You two are so good together.”
“No,
we’re not. I tried telling myself that but there have been loads of things that
have come between us and I think it’s best for both of us if we have some time
apart. We’ll either realise we were meant to be together or we’ll find someone
else we want to be with and realise we were just stupidly naïve, which I guess
you can blame on us being young.”
“I
feel like shit now,” Kris said, sadly. “And you haven’t seen him since?”
“No.
I figured he would have been in touch with you.”
“He
hadn’t the last time I checked. I hope he’s okay.”
“Me
too, I’d hate for him to do anything foolish just because he’s hurting right
now.”
“I
don’t think Matt would do that, but I’m gonna go call him, see if he picks up.”
“Tell
me if he does,” Corey smiled.
He
watched Kris walk off and then felt a hand on his shoulder, turning around to
see a familiar face smiling back at him.
“Hey,
Charlie, how are you doing?” Corey said with a smile of his own.
“I’m
awesome, man, I can’t thank you enough for helping me the way you have done
over the past year.”
“Hey,
that’s what I’m paid for.”
“Nah,
man, you’ve gone way above just a regular worker, you’re great at this.”
“Thanks,
but you deserve just as much credit as I do. You’re the one who comes here
three or four times a week and keeps up the schedule I laid out for you. And
let me tell you, it’s really showing, your body is getting so hot.”
“Yeah?”
Charlie smiled.
Corey
sensed a little hope in Charlie’s voice. “Yeah, the guy who gets to be with you
is going to be one lucky guy.”
“It’s
just a shame you’re with Matt or that guy could be you,” Charlie replied,
sadness clear in his voice.
“And
if I told you that Matt and I were no longer together?” Corey asked, smiling,
looking up and down Charlie’s hot body, his eyes coming to rest on the
beautiful face.
“What?”
Charlie said, stunned. “Are you serious? I thought you two would be together
forever.”
“I
did too, but sometimes things don’t work out the way you think they will,”
Corey said.
“So
you’re really back on the market?” Charlie asked.
“I
guess I am.”
“Well,
in that case, do you want to go out for a drink or something? I’m just about
done here now.”
“I’d
love to,” Corey smiled, “but I guess I was kind of hoping we could save that
for another day. I’ve still got some energy to burn off and… well… I was
wondering if maybe we could go back to yours.”
“For
real?” Charlie exclaimed, his voice going high pitched. “This had better not be
some kind of game. You kind of led me on the first time we met.”
“I
know I did, and I apologise for that, but this time it will really happen.”
“Awesome,
just let me go get my things,” Charlie said, running off toward the locker
room.
It
was only when Charlie was out of sight that Corey noticed Kris was back in the
room staring at him. As soon as Kris saw Corey register his presence he walked
up to him.
“What
the fuck are you doing?” Kris asked.
“Is
Matt okay?” Corey asked.
“Yeah,
he’s fine actually. I didn’t get hold of Matt himself but I called Shawn who
told me where he is. That’s not important. What are you doing with that Charlie
guy? Are you gonna fuck him?”
Corey
was shocked at how blunt Kris was being, especially in the middle of the Rec
where anyone could have heard him.
“Kris,
can we not talk about this here?”
“Okay,
let’s go into the break room, I’m due a break now anyway.”
Just
then Charlie walked back in with his things, “are you ready to go?”
“No,
he’s coming to talk with me, aren’t you Corey?” Kris said.
Corey
didn’t know what to do. He looked back and forth between the two. He really
wanted to go with Charlie and have the sex he had missed out on earlier in the
year and thought he could actually have a relationship with Charlie, with this
just being the start. But Kris was one of his best friends and their
relationship could already be on rocky ground after his break up, this could
make things worse.
“What’s
it gonna be, Corey?” Charlie asked. “Are you going with him or are you coming
with me?”
Charlie
and Kris are waiting for Corey’s answer, but what does he want to do? You
decide.
